We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Guildford office, helping to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You’ll handle everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants. What you'll be doing as a Property Manager atProperty Managerat haart Estate Agents in Guildford
15. Booking and conducting property inspections
16. Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
17. Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
18. Deposit returns
19. Resolving rental arrears
20. Processing eviction requests
21. Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
22. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
23. Managing complaints
24. Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

25. Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
26. Outstanding customer service

Driving Requirements
29. You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car
