NOW HIRING: POTATO GRADERS
Location: Elsham Wold Industrial Estate, North Lincolnshire
Job Type: Full‑time / Seasonal roles available
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: 6:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
We are looking for reliable, hard‑working individuals to join our team as Potato Graders at our busy site on Elsham Wold Industrial Estate. This is a hands-on role involving produce grading, housekeeping, and general site support.
Key Responsibilities
* Sorting and grading potatoes by size and quality
* Identifying and removing damaged or unsuitable produce
* General tidying of the grading area, including:
o Sweeping floors
o Shovelling and clearing away old or waste potatoes
o Keeping walkways and workstations clear
* Building crates and containers for potato storage and transport
* Heavy lifting as required
* Working efficiently as part of a fast‑paced production team
* Maintaining safe working practices
Requirements
* Good attention to detail
* Able to stand for extended periods
* Physically able to carry out heavy lifting
* Reliable, punctual, and willing to get stuck in
* Team‑focused attitude
* Comfortable working in a production environment
* Must be able to drive to access the site (no public transport available)
