Role
You will be responsible for a varied and complex caseload of commercial property disputes, advising a broad client base on high:value and strategically important matters.
You will also play an integral role in supporting the growth of the team, mentoring junior lawyers, and strengthening client relationships, while contributing to business development initiatives.
Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property disputes, including: opposed and unopposed lease renewals, restrictive covenants, break options and dilapidations, rights of way, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance and possession proceedings and insolvency:related matters
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring consistently high levels of service
Identifying and supporting business development opportunities
Qualifications
* Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
* Strong technical expertise in complex, high:value commercial property disputes
* Proven ability to manage files independently while contributing effectively to team objectives
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands
* Self:motivated, driven, and committed to delivering high:quality, commercially focused legal advice
