You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support, from coordinating meetings and maintaining accurate records to supporting events, finance processes, and stakeholder communication.The successful candidate will be confident working across multiple priorities, handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion, and working collaboratively with a wide range of internal teams and external partners including The King's Trust and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).You will be a key point of contact for campus operations, helping to ensure a safe, well-organised and welcoming environment for both students and staff. From supporting enrolment and celebration events to liaising with Estates and Facilities, your contribution will directly support positive student experiences and programme success.We are looking for someone who is adaptable, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality administrative support, with a genuine interest in supporting young people and inclusive programme.Who we're looking forWe recognise that great administrators come from a variety of backgrounds. You may already have experience in an education or youth-focused setting, or bring transferable skills from a similar environment.
