Are you a passionate and experienced District Nurse Specialist Practitioner or hold equivalent qualifications, looking for a rewarding role in an urban and rural community setting?
The Inverness West Community Nursing team is offering an opportunity for an experienced District Nurse or equivalent qualifications to manage a dynamic caseload of patients within a defined geographical area or neighbourhood.
The post holder will work as part of the team, providing leadership and supervision to registered and non-registered staff, and will be responsible for assessments, caseload management, and patient-centred care planning.
The post holder will have advanced clinical assessment skills and be a non-medical prescriber, enabling responsiveness to changing healthcare needs and complexities of patients supported.
The Inverness West Community operates between 8.30 am – 6.00 pm over 7 days per week, including Public Holidays.
Driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
