Cooper Lomaz is seeking highly driven Junior Account Manager (Recruitment), preferably with sales or recruitment experience, to join our team based in Norwich.
Role Overview:
The role of a Junior Delivery Consultant is a varied position, where you get to work with a range of exciting businesses and talented candidates. The role of a Junior Account Manager is to work alongside 360 Recruitment Consultants, to manage exceptional relationships with both clients and candidates and match the candidate with their perfect job. Whilst each day is different, you will typically find yourself doing the following:
Role Responsibilities:
1. Advertising jobs and searching for candidates
2. Speaking with candidates to understand their skills and motivations
3. Sending CVs, arranging interviews, and managing offers
4. Networking on social media
5. Meeting candidates and clients

Further Details:
12. Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday 08:30 – 17:30, Friday 08:30 – 17:00.

Salary & Benefits:
14. A highly competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000, dependent on experience
15. 20% commission on all deals you complete

Working Location:
Most of our team work on-site at our Norwich-based office. We’re based in the heart of Norwich, located in Lawrence House, near the Cosy Club (NR2 1AD).
