We are a 7-day-per-week business, so our flexible working rotas normally include a weekend day.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Chef to work in our fast-paced kitchen.
Our cafes offer the benefit of avoiding unsociable hours, with shifts finishing at latest 4:30 pm, and no regular late-night work.
Main duties include preparing and serving our homemade quality breakfast and lunch menus, including soups, snacks, and bakery products.
* 35 - 40 hours per week
* Hourly rate depending on experience
* Availability to work 35 - 40 hours per week
* Availability on a weekend day
* Similar senior chef experience
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
* Knowledge of environmental health procedures, HACCP, and record keeping
* Up-to-date food hygiene certificate
* Relevant catering or cooking qualification or certificate
