About the Role
We are seeking professional and dedicated Cleaners to join our expanding team in Gorseinon and the surrounding areas. The successful candidates will provide high-quality cleaning services across both domestic deep cleans and commercial premises, ensuring all work is completed to the company’s high standards. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out detailed deep cleans in residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and high-use areas.
* Perform scheduled cleaning within commercial environments such as offices, retail units, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
* Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and effectively.
* Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
* Adhere to company health and safety policies and COSHH regulations.
* Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in cleaning roles (domestic or commercial) preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
1. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
2. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle — essential.
3. Flexibility to work varying hours, including some weekends if required.
