This is an office based role which will give you the chance to work in a highly collaborative finance team & reports to the Finance Manager.

Description
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Processing invoices
* Raising invoices
* Bank reconciliations
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Dealing with queries
* Preparing the payment runs
* Supporting with the monthly payroll
* Chasing outstanding debt
* Any other adhoc duties
Profile
In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must:
* Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
* Be immediately available or on short notice
* Be able to commute to the office every day
* Be able to work in part of a small team
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be able to multi task
