Onadaytodaybasisyou’llbe:
* Developingapersonalpipelineofnewbusiness
* Addingnewintroducerstoyournetwork
* AdvisingclientsonNewBusinessQuotations,coveragerequirementsandultimatelythroughtotheirrenewals
* Workingwithclientstoexpandanddeveloptheircoveragetoensuretheyhavetherightcover
* Liaisingwiththebrokingandsupportteamtoensurealldocumentationisaccurate
* Workinginacompliantandtimelymanneronallcases.
* Ensuringincomeandsubsequentlyretentiontargetsareachievedandmaintained.
* Workingwiththemanagementteamtoachievebusinessobjectivesandsupportwiththedevelopmentofcolleagues

* Yourskillsetwillincludehighlevelcommunication(Verbal,WrittenVideo),negotiation,influencing,sales,stakeholdermanagement,delegationandITskillswithaclientfirstmindset
* Youshouldalsobeconfidentindealingwithstakeholdersatalllevelsparticularlyboardlevel.
