Early Careers Partner
📍 Hybrid / Full Time / Permanent (WFH + travel to our offices, colleges, nurseries and events – UK & London) - Travel 2-3 days per week with overnight stays
đź’° Salary: From ÂŁ30k doe
đźš— Driving licence & car essential (regular travel required) / Based in the Midlands is preferred
Bright Horizons is looking for an Early Careers Partner to help shape the future of Early Years talent! You’ll support recruitment for apprentices, graduates, and student placements, build strong relationships with schools and colleges, and represent our brand at events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
âś… Manage end-to-end recruitment for student placements
âś… Support apprenticeship & graduate programmes
âś… Organise and attend job shows & events & our nurseries
âś… Act as an ambassador for Early Careers and Bright Horizons
What We’re Looking For:
âś” Experience in Early Careers or Early Years recruitment
âś” Strong communication & organisational skills
âś” Ability to work at pace and travel regularly
âś” An Enhanced DBS is required for this opportunity
