Role Overview
We are hiring an Investment Banking Associate to lead deal execution and client analysis. The role combines deep modeling with senior client interaction — running M&A, capital markets, and advisory transactions from pitch through close.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and analysis for M&A and capital markets transactions
- Build pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations
- Manage analyst workstreams and review their work
- Coordinate due diligence with clients, counterparties, and advisors
- Interact directly with client management teams
- Support deal execution from pitch through close
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years in investment banking, private equity, or M&A advisory
- Mastery of financial modeling, including LBO, M&A, and DCF
- Strong understanding of accounting, valuation, and capital markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
- Track record of high-output performance under deadline pressure
- MBA, CFA, or top-tier undergraduate program preferred
