The Opportunity:
HKA is looking for a People Systems Administrator to help us to implement, support and maintain a new People system (yet to be decided), in addition to transitioning some global processes to this centralised role. You will have experience working as a People Administrator in the past with a passion and aptitude for systems, automation and reporting. You will need to be excellent at problem-solving, able to work under pressure and have a positive, “can do” driven attitude. It's a great opportunity for someone wishing to move into the People Systems area and gain experience working on a new implementation from start to finish.
As part of the role, you will:
1. Work with the Global People Systems Team to identify, implement, support and maintain a new People System.
2. Lead on with data mapping, cleansing and testing of data loads to the new system.
3. Provide training, guidance and support to the wider People team members on the correct usage of the People System to ensure we maintain high level of data quality.
4. Create and generate reports and ensure regular global reports are produced accurately and timely to support decision making.
5. Conduct audits of People data twice a year ensuring any issues are resolved and lessons learnt from themes identified to drive continuous improvement in data processing and quality.
6. Identify and manage the move of global processes from regional People teams to a centralised function, ensuring clear accountabilities, handover points and agreed SLAs are documented in process flows/operating manuals.
7. Ensure the required processes, procedures and data processing meet GDPR, company policy and legal requirements.
8. Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and challenging current processes and procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Skills and Experience:
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
1. Previous experience in using/maintaining/supporting a People System and data reporting.
2. Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, and numerical accuracy.
3. Ability to use own initiative to analyse issues and provide solutions to drive continuous improvements.
4. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, and particularly competent in Word, Excel and Outlook. Advanced level of excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s and complex formulae.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication and able to confidently liaise with people at all levels.
6. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a broad workload.
7. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. High level of professional conduct and discretion.
