The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the key link between Ofgems consumer research and senior management, taking responsibility for ensuring the work is of the highest standard. You will provide and present compelling evidence to support Ofgems decision-making, and the delivery of Ofgems multi-year strategy. You will also lead the Insight Group within Ofgem that draws together consumer insight from across directorates and identifies opportunities to fill evidence gaps. You may have to defend Ofgems consumer analysis in adversarial settings, and will have the ability to represent Ofgem with senior leaders within industry and showcase Ofgems work within the research profession and build Ofgems reputation as a leader across your areas of work.
