Our leading software solutions business within the real estate sector are looking for a Techncial Systems Analyst/Account Manager who comes from an accounting background who will be responsible for providing technical support for a wide range of software solutions, which are designed to meet the unique needs of different real estate markets across the globe.
The candidate needs to either have strong accountancy exposure, and/or in depth real estate experience. The role really needs someone who can take ownership of issues, understand priorities and the client's business, whilst forming a relationship with the client through regular meetings in person where possible to understand and support their growth in the industry with our software in place. It's not just a firefighting issue resolution role and any experience implementing systems (ERP/CRM) would be a huge advantage.
You will be required to be on site 1/2 days per week in Milton keynes (more for initial training period) and work remotely for the rest of the week. Strong communciaiton skills are key and you need the right to work in the UK as the client doesnt offer sponsorship.
