Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Enfield, London that is seeking a dedicated and caring Midday Meal Supervisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to pupils’ wellbeing and create a nurturing school environment where every child feels supported. Key Responsibilities Supervise children during lunch breaks, both in the dining hall and playground Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, respectful environment Encourage healthy eating habits and good table manners Support children in resolving minor conflicts and maintaining positive relationships Assist in organising and supervising play activities, ensuring all pupils are included Monitor pupils’ wellbeing and report any concerns to the appropriate staff Ensure school policies and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times What We’re Looking For Understanding of positive behaviour support strategies Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential A calm, friendly, and proactive approach to supervising pupils Ability to promote inclusion and support children of all ages and backgrounds Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff Reliability, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting children’s wellbeing
