Field Sales Manager
Reporting to: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Gravesend/ Thurrock
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £40,000 basic salary
Realistic year one: £80,000 OTE
£3000 car allowance per annum
Business travel expenses paid

The Job:
* Leading the strategic approach to sales conversion across your defined area
* Responsible for the delivery of your area KPIs, in line with the business goals
* Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to create the sales plan for your area, to ensure your team achieve these KPIs
* Recruit a quality team, capable of building a lead pipeline and converting sales
* Autonomy to manage your headcount to achieve your targets, in line with the budget. Always thinking of ways to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
* Coach and manage your team to sell full fibre broadband, and affiliated products, primarily to the residential market
* Reviewing your team performance daily, coaching to ensure they maximise sales
* Ability to close sales via door to door selling
The Essentials:
* A full UK driving license
* Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
* Minimum 1 year sales leadership experience
* Minimum 1 year sales experience
* Evidence of coaching and performance management
