Assistant Automotive Service Manager - Southwest London
Strong OTE £45k+– Negotiable depending on experience Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm - Weekends on rota
An established automotive business in Southwest London is seeking an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager / Senior Service Advisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy aftersales department.
This role is ideal for a Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller who is working towards a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager career path and is ready to take on more operational responsibility.
This is a hands-on, visible role within the dealership, supporting both front-of-house and workshop teams while helping drive performance, customer satisfaction and operational standards.
The Role

Supporting the Aftersales Manager / Service Manager with daily aftersales operations
*
Managing and supporting Service Advisors and overseeing workshop flow
*
Assisting with KPI performance, productivity, upsell and customer satisfaction targets
*
Handling escalated customer queries and complaints professionally
*
Supporting audit standards, compliance and brand processes
*
Acting as a key link between service advisors, technicians and management
*
Ensuring a smooth and consistent customer journey from booking to handover
About You
*
Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager or Workshop Controller
*
Strong customer handling, leadership and people management skills
*
Commercially aware with a focus on quality, efficiency and profitability
*
Confident working in a fast-paced main dealer or large independent environment
*
Motivated by progression towards a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager role
