General Manager required for our clients Mediterranean Restaurant based in Kingston Upon Thames. Previous Management experience is essential.
You will ideally have an infectious energy and a natural leaning towards hospitality. Composed under pressure, a clear communicator who is not afraid in confronting difficult situations with customers or staff. Takes pride in his personal brand and has stamina for those long hours.
Briefly:
* Monitor and control the implementation of BOH and FOH procedures
* Conduct and manage opening and closing procedures for both BOH and FOH
* Conduct brand's audit together with store management team as directed and designed by Home Office
* Accountable for correct deviations
* Ensure that the financial systems, POS and brand processes are followed according to the standards operations

Experience:
* At least 8 years working in the restaurant industry
* At least 3 years in a leading role
