Job Description
1. Manage the day-to-day activities of the construction site, including scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety.
2. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the project plans and specifications, and within budget.
3. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are met.
4. Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.
5. Monitor and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
6. Manage change orders and other project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and punch lists.
7. Conduct regular site meetings to ensure that all parties are informed of project progress, issues, and changes.
8. Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
9. At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial and K-12 interiors projects.
10. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and systems.
11. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
12. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage subcontractors and other stakeholders.
13. Experience with construction scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
14. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety protocols.
15. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.
