We are seeking a senior marketing leader to lead our European marketing team, driving strategic, integrated marketing across our multi ‑ brand European portfolio. This role is pivotal in our transformation journey and requires someone who excels at data driven decision making, cross‑functional collaboration, and influencing at executive level. The European Marketing Director will lead marketing strategy development with direct oversight of media, sponsorships, campaigns and wider marketing activity across Europe, overseeing the European Marketing office and collaborating closely with global teams. The ideal candidate brings extensive B2C/B2B marketing experience, has led large international teams, and is comfortable operating within a global, US‑led structure. Translate consumer and business insights into strategic recommendations. Decision Making & Influence Make sound strategic decisions aligned with global direction. Use data and storytelling to influence senior leaders and secure alignment. Forward Planning & Roadmap Development Build multi‑year roadmaps connecting short‑term activity with long‑term growth. Operational Excellence Navigate high‑volume communication and fast‑changing priorities with clarity and composure. Provide strategic direction quickly when business needs shift. Extensive B2C and B2B marketing leadership experience across multiple countries. Proven track record leading large, high‑performing teams, ideally across Europe. Experience within global, matrixed organisations and reporting to US‑based leadership. Strong strategic and commercial acumen, including multi-market strategy development. Service/retail industry experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication, influencing skills, and executive presence. Demonstrated resilience, sound decision‑making, and ability to manage ambiguity. Experience building multi‑year marketing strategies tied to measurable outcomes. This position will be based at our EU Corporate Headquarters in Egham,Surrey. Internal title will be AVP of European Marketing Strategy, reporting to VP of Marketing.
