TAs work with and care for children of all ages. They play an integral part in pupils’ well-being; ensuring pupils thrive in a positive environment. TAs will be offered a personalised pathway to develop in up to two specialist areas: Special Educational Needs and Disability, Early Years, Behaviour, English as an Additional Language and Assessment.
