Pay: £13.46 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday | 08:30 - 17:30
Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Role - Service Administrator (Automotive Industry)
As a Service Administrator in Tamworth, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting vehicle administration processes, liaising with customers and internal departments, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are achieved throughout the business within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with manufacturers regarding administrative requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and stock lists on a daily basis
- Keeping vehicle deal files accurate and up to date
- Updating customer and vehicle information on company database systems
- Recording and updating vehicle movement details on company systems
- Preparing and processing invoices to approved dealership standards
- Managing used vehicle funding administration accurately
- Supporting customer enquiries and ensuring prompt resolutions
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and documentation
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications efficiently
- Answering and directing telephone calls professionally
- Recording and relaying messages accurately
- Liaising with the Business Manager regarding part-exchange finance settlements
- Working closely with Sales Managers, Service Managers, and other departments
- Reviewing processes with management to improve service delivery
Requirements
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Good IT and database management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Ability to work effectively within a busy office environment
