Salary: £88,000 - 88,000 per year Requirements:
* Strong SAP delivery leadership experience across large-scale, complex environments
* Proven track record delivering multi-million-pound SAP programmes across multiple industries
* Extensive experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
* Recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, mentor and coach
* Demonstrated ability to build trusted, senior-level client relationships
* Strong financial and commercial management capability
* Comfortable working independently in client-facing or competitive environments
* Proven vendor and supplier management experience
* Outstanding consulting and customer-facing skills
Responsibilities:
* Govern a portfolio of projects or programmes across the full delivery lifecycle
* Lead and manage project and programme teams across multiple workstreams
* Support new business development, including commercial proposition development
* Take accountability for delivery across scope, cost, schedule, risks and issues
* Manage progress and financial reporting using industry best practice
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations effectively
* Lead client negotiations relating to scope changes and commercial terms
* Deliver complex programmes involving multiple teams and/or suppliers
* Operate effectively within the wider account strategy
