Drive payroll excellence across EMEA, New Zealand, and Australia by delivering accurate, compliant, and employee-focused payroll services in a fast-paced global environment.
Join a dynamic global team as a Payroll Administrator supporting the EMEA region, New Zealand, and Australia. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of payroll services across multiple countries, working closely with outsourced providers and internal stakeholders. Your attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality will be key as you manage end-to-end payroll processes, validate inputs, and ensure compliance with local legislation.
You’ll play a vital part in creating a seamless payroll experience for employees, handling queries with professionalism and empathy, and maintaining accurate records in line with legal and company standards. Collaboration is central to this role—you’ll work with colleagues in HR and Finance to resolve complex issues and continuously seek ways to improve payroll operations.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring at least two years of experience in EMEA payroll, with additional knowledge of New Zealand and Australian systems being a strong advantage. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and maintain discretion will set you apart. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones in a multicultural environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, global setting.

1. Payroll experience: EMEA payroll experience is essential; NZ and Australia a plus.
