As a Junior User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designer, you will have a great opportunity to work with some of the world’s largest companies, helping them solve their biggest problems.
We pride ourselves on delivering fast turnaround work daily, allowing you to collaborate with a wide variety of people across the firm and our global client base. You’ll also have the chance to hone your UX and UI skills to a high professional level—whether through UX research or working with our tech team to implement your creative vision in code. An award-winning Digital Creative Director will mentor you and elevate your skills further.
If everything goes well, you’ll be running your own small UX or UI projects within a year.

In today’s digital-centric world, our digital capabilities support Brunswick’s broader mission by helping clients navigate critical issues that significantly impact their business. Our digital team includes strategic advisors, audience and amplification specialists, and an in-house full-service team of strategy, UX, design, developers, QA, and project managers. We collaborate closely with our creative team, including conceptual, campaign, and design creatives.
Who we are looking for?
We seek a thoughtful, creative, and ambitious UX/UI designer with 1-3 years of agency experience. If most of these criteria describe you, we’d love to chat:
* A passion for experience design and its impact on users.
* Enjoys working collaboratively and building networks within the firm and the UX/UI community.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating support for research, idea development, execution, and iteration.
* Proficient in UX with experience in Figma and design systems.
* Keen to learn and absorb knowledge across our firm.
* Capable of supporting and contributing ideas within a team environment.
* Excellent at communicating ideas clearly to a wider audience.
* Attention to detail in wireframes, information architecture, and interface design.
* Experience working in Agile methodology is a plus.
* Familiar with industry tools like Figma and Jira; animation and 3D skills are a bonus.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive projects.
* Thrives in a dynamic, matrixed organization with competing demands.
Responsibilities
No two days are the same, but your tasks will include:
* Conducting competitor and lateral research to inform design decisions.
* Supporting discovery and workshop sessions, preparing materials.
* Analyzing data and user research to guide design choices.
* Creating wireframes, sitemaps, and website structures.
* Designing UI interfaces that are visually creative and best practice compliant.
* Maintaining design documentation, style guides, and systems.
* Creating and curating content assets like icons, photography, and illustrations.
* Suggesting and implementing improvements on ongoing campaigns.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting team energy and learning.
