Job Title: Compensation Program Analyst - No Sponsorship Available
Job Description
The Compensation Program Analyst will play a vital role within the International Reward Team, providing support for compensation projects that span across multiple regions internationally. You will collaborate closely with the Global Compensation Team and report directly to the International Compensation Program Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Support the annual compensation planning process across International regions including LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, providing analytical and transactional support to manage exceptions, queries, and system updates effectively.
2. Assist in preparing compensation-related communications, presentations, and training materials for employees and managers, specifically for the compensation planning process.
3. Contribute to various analytical projects, including the company's preparation for EU Pay Transparency.
4. Provide assistance to the Director, International Comp Projects in managing and reviewing company Sales Incentive Plans.
5. Collaborate with regional Total Rewards teams and P&C partners to address compensation-related inquiries, offer guidance on compensation policies, and help resolve compensation-related issues.
6. Design and develop compensation-related reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to compensation, recommending enhancements or changes as necessary.
Essential Skills
8. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to apply logic, identify patterns, and establish relationships in complex mathematical data.
9. Proven experience in project management with a background in delivering project activities.
10. Previous experience in compensation with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA knowledge.
11. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand client needs and deliver against expectations, ensuring quality communication.
12. Strong communication skills, capable of training non-specialists in complex compensation subjects.
13. A collaborative mindset with a willingness to take on both lead and support roles as needed.
14. Self-motivated and solution-oriented, displaying absolute discretion and confidentiality.
15. Experience with Workday
Additional Skills & Qualifications
16. Experience with SharePoint 2013.
17. Background in program analysis and configuration management.
