About the role
The Ordinary Life Project Association (OLPA) invites applications for the position of Waking Night Support Worker at our 3‑bed specialist service in Devizes. The role is part of a dynamic Wiltshire‑based charity that provides housing and support for people with learning disabilities and/or mental illnesses.
Key responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred, high‑quality care to residents, promoting dignity and respect at all times.
* Work shifts in a 24/7 rota, including weekends, bank holidays and nights.
* Support residents’ daily activities, health needs and safety.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuous, effective care.

Application requirements
Employment is subject to two satisfactory references, an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service, and successful completion of the necessary training. No prior experience is required as OLPA provides on‑the‑job support.
