We’re on the lookout for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Chester. You’ll be stepping into a warm desk with regular users across Primary, Secondary, and SEND. There’s already a strong base of live clients, mapped schools, and trusted relationships—with huge potential for growth and development.
You’ll be based in our modern, high-tech office in Chester, surrounded by great energy, city buzz, and a vibrant, supportive team culture. Whether you're looking for a step up, a fresh start, or somewhere your ideas and ambition are valued—this could be your next big move.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing and developing relationships with schools
Building long-term, meaningful relationships with schools and educators
Leveraging mapped territories and a powerful database of contacts
Using our creative brand and marketing tools to drive outreach
Staying on top of compliance and safeguarding standards
Running the full 360 recruitment process from end to end
