What you’ll be doing as our Technical Business Data Analyst You’ll work closely with developers and process teams to map, document, and improve how our systems and data operate. This includes: Working with SQL, stored procedures, and operational data to understand data flows and system logic Mapping and documenting end-to-end data workflows, dependencies, and data lineage Collaborating with developers to understand embedded business rules and technical logic Identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work Translating technical system knowledge into clear documentation for both technical and non-technical teams Supporting system integrations and process improvement initiatives Helping establish data ownership, governance controls, and data integrity standards What we’re looking for 5 years experience with SQL, stored procedures, and operational data analysis 5 years experience with one or more programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell or similar Background in system transformation or system improvement projects Comfortable reading and understanding complex code and system logic Strong documentation skills and the ability to translate technical detail into clear information Familiarity with Azure or other cloud-hosted services Understanding of data lineage, system workflows or process mapping Experience working closely with software developers or engineers Comfortable with business tools such as Monday.com, MS Office and Draw.io Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Able to pass BPSS and other clearance checks.
