As a L3 Service Engineer, you will:
4. Hold responsibility for the maintenance of applications, Incident and Problem investigation and resolution.
5. Development of new features, optimisations, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
6. Work with a blended team based in the UK and India.
Qualifications
The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
7. Experienced full stack engineer, capable of providing technical support for multiple applications on various technologies.
8. Looking for an enthusiastic and self-sufficient individual interested in building new technology skills to provide service continuity and prioritise work based on live service events.
9. ITLv3 or v4 certified
10. Technology development and fix experience confident in working across multiple technologies including Microsoft and Azure application services, integrations, .net, C#.
11. DevOps experience with working in controlled environments, with automated deployments and source control.
