We’re working with a well-established manufacturer to find a Part-Time Account Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some accounts experience who’s keen to develop their skills and become a valued part of the finance function.
As Part-Time Account Administrator, you will benefit from:

As Part-Time Account Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Entering purchase invoices into the system and checking them against delivery notes
* Verifying pricing and ensuring goods have been booked in correctly
* Processing both simple service-based and more detailed inventory-based invoices
* Supporting with currency-based invoices
* Assisting with month-end tasks such as accruals, prepayments and journals
* Learning how your work contributes to the wider accounts process
As Part-Time Account Administrator, your experience will include:
* Some experience in purchase ledger or accounts administration
* Ideally an AAT qualification or working towards one
* A basic understanding of accounting terms such as journals, accruals and prepayments
* A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to your work
* A willingness to learn and take ownership of your tasks over time
