As part of our growth, we’re looking for a Data Analytics & Automation Engineer to help us unlock insights, streamline operations, and drive innovation with AI and automation. What You’ll Do Own our internal data landscape: document, analyze, and integrate data sources across the business Automate data pipelines and deliver dashboards and reports that inform decision-making across teams Build software integrations that enable real-time data insights and process automation Develop AI-powered tools to help teams automate workflows and uncover opportunities Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to drive data strategy Maintain third-party tools from a data and integration perspective (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana) What You’ll Bring Strong hands-on experience in data engineering and automation workflows Proficiency with Python, SQL, and experience with Prometheus, MongoDB, Grafana, and LookerStudio Familiarity with backend languages like Go or Rust, and infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes Exposure to AI/ML tooling and a strong interest in staying at the forefront of emerging technologies Bonus points for Salesforce or blockchain/decentralized systems experience You'll hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM or quantitative discipline and experience in analytics or software engineering roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth tech environment Why Join Cudo?
