Job Title: Temporary Accounts Payable Manager
Location: London
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office
A mediapany in London are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our accounts payable department (8 people), ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all payments made to our vendors and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the accounts payable team, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and on time.
2. Review and approve invoices, ensuring they are properly coded and authorized.
3. Maintain accurate records of all payments and ensure they are inpliance withpany policies and procedures.
4. Producing reports for aged creditors, expenses and credit cards
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
6. Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to payments.
7. Prepare and present reports on accounts payable performance
Requirements:
8. Must have experience with multi currency and multi entity
9. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
10. Minimum 3 years managing experience
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
12. Excellent organizational andmunication skills.
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
14. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
