Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Coventry
Contract Type: Full-Time.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing one-to-one support to a primary-aged student with special educational needs.
Helping the child engage with the curriculum and encouraging their participation in class activities.
Assisting with their emotional, social, and academic development in a nurturing and patient manner.
Supporting the class teacher in implementing individual learning plans and adapting lessons as needed.
Encouraging the child to develop independence and self-confidence in a positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children (SEN experience is desirable but not essential).
A caring, patient, and proactive approach with a passion for supporting young learners.
Someone who thrives on building strong, supportive relationships with children.
Strong communication skills and a team player who's excited to collaborate with teachers and staff.
