LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at our flagship dealership in Stockport. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients when they bring in their vehicles for service.
Hours - 45
Salary - £30,387 Plus OTE bonus
Responsibilities
* Greeting customers promptly and professionally
* Listening to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues
* Providing detailed service estimates and timelines
* Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient service operations
* Updating customers regarding the status of their service and any additional recommendations
* Handling inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
* Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Understanding of automotive repair and maintenance concepts
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with service management software
* A valid driver's licence
