Service Care Solutions - Recovery Worker Role
Service Care Solutions is supporting a non-profit provider that is currently recruiting for a Recovery Worker. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should have experience in this field, be highly motivated, and capable of recognizing positivity in service users while fostering their potential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
2. Support individuals from Point of Entry
3. Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans
4. Deliver One-to-One interventions
Minimum Requirements
* Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
* Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
* Experience in Key Working and Care Planning
Pay Rates
* £16.59 PAYE per hour (excluding holiday pay)
* £18.59 PAYE per hour (including holiday pay)
* £21 Umbrella rate per hour
