Responsibilities & Accountabilities Assist with the siting and commissioning of caravans and park homes Carry out repairs, maintenance, development, or siting tasks within your skill set across the park and occasionally other parks within the area Conduct aftersales work and refurbishments on caravans, park homes, and rented accommodation Support the Park Office Team with daily operations within the Maintenance & Development teams Assist with managing contractors and suppliers visiting or working on-site Support training and induction of new and existing team members Carry out staff appraisals and manage performance and disciplinary processes Assist in reviewing and updating Health & Safety policies and ensure compliance Handle resident or caravan owner complaints related to aftersales, maintenance, or development issues Mandatory Responsibilities Attend all training required by the company relevant to the role ISO Responsibilities Attend ISO Representative meetings Support audits and ensure the smooth running of the Quality Management System (QMS) Health & Safety Responsibilities (Management) Develop and implement Health & Safety procedures in line with current legislation Ensure procedures are clearly communicated, effectively monitored, and regularly reviewed Additional Duties This job description is not exhaustive.
