Are you a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for a role with flexibility and a supportive team? We’re working with a well-established nursery group in Colchester who are looking to bring in a passionate practitioner on a temp-to-perm basis.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
* Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality childcare
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
What we’re looking for:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* A genuine passion for working with children
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented approach
