Senior People Manager - Established Charity - London with hybrid working - £48,500 This is an exciting opportunity for a People Manager to join a purpose driven charity with a new organisational strategy and a strong People culture. Reporting into the Head of Talent & People Operations you will be responsible for managing the day to day people operations. Your key accountabilities will include:- Providing an advisory service to Line Managers, Leaders and employees on all people related matters Ensuring all HR policies and procedures are up to date and comply with employment legislation and good practice Managing employee relations issues including disciplinaries and grievances Leading and coaching a small team Supporting managers with recruitment activity Developing and implementing Learning and Development initiatives Reviewing and overseeing employee benefits You should be an experienced People Manager with a broad HR operational skill set including experience of developing HR policies and managing employee relations issues. Experience of developing learning programmes and career pathways needs to be combined with a track record of coaching and developing a small team. A collaborative, values driven approach and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential. You need to be CIPD level 7 qualified.
