As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside Karen and her daughter; All general yard duties to include : Mucking out, sweeping yard Filling haynets / water buckets Turning horses in and out / rugging up Grooming at shows Riding / exercise for the right candidateHours: 8:30 to 4:30, 1st week 4 days and 2nd week 6 days to include the weekend No Accommodation available must be able to commute Training All training will be provided on site during your paid working hours. Your day to day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination of online and in person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training Trainer Coach Qualifications required If you do not already have qualifications in maths and/ or English, Haddon Training will support you in gaining Functional Skills qualifications at level 1 or 2.
