About the Opportunity
I'm looking for a highly creative and versatile Designer to join my client's growing Marketing team. You'll be the creative force behind their brand, shaping how they look, feel, and connect with customers across every touchpoint — from eye-catching in-store displays and packaging to compelling digital content and campaign visuals.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a visible difference in a fast-paced retail environment. Working alongside the Head of Brand and the wider Marketing team, you'll help define the creative voice of a leading UK retailer with bold ambitions to triple in size over the next few years.
 
What You'll Do
Lead the design and production of in-store POS, packaging, product branding, signage, and campaign visuals that capture attention and drive sales
Create visually striking digital assets including website banners, email templates, and social media content that engage audiences and enhance brand recall
Develop brand identities and visual handwriting for owned brands, ensuring distinctiveness and consistency across all channels
Maintain and evolve our visual identity, ensuring all creative output reflects brand tone, positioning, and commercial objectives
Support the creation of out-of-home advertising, store visuals, and above-the-line materials that deliver brand awareness and retail impact
Partner with the Marketing team to concept, plan, and execute creative campaigns aligned with seasonal, promotional, and tactical goals
Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts that deliver clear, memorable messages
Support digital marketing through the creation of high-performing email visuals and optimised web and social assets
Collaborate with Retail, E-commerce, Sales, and Customer Service teams to deliver creative assets that meet cross-functional requirements
Liaise with printers, agencies, and production partners to oversee print processes, proofs, and delivery schedules
Who You Are
Essential:
Proven background in graphic design, ideally within retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range across print, digital, and branding
Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Understanding of brand identity, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Experience designing in-store POS, packaging, and promotional materials
Experience delivering digital assets for web, email, and social platforms
High level of attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to present creative ideas confidently
A collaborative, proactive, and hands-on approach to campaign delivery
Desirable:
Experience in photography direction, motion graphics, or video editing
Understanding of UX and web design principles
Knowledge of print production processes and best practices
Passion for retail branding and awareness of current design and lifestyle trends
