Senior Accounts Assistant
Location: Liverpool City Centre (on-site)
Salary: Up to £35,000 dependent on experience
We are exclusively partnered with an exciting, dynamic, and growing Financial Services company in Liverpool City Centre. We are seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant to support the Operational and Treasury functions of finance.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an award-winning Financial Controller and develop your financial skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage banking relationships with all banking partners.
* Perform daily bank reconciliations for all member cash, ensuring the operating system reports the correct balance.
* Oversee the daily payment process, ensuring payments are made in line with SLAs.
* Assist the Financial Controller in producing monthly reporting packs, including KPI reports.
* Manage credit control, ensuring aged debt levels are appropriate and reported.
* Lead the interest sharing process, supporting reporting requirements for Senior Management.
* Review and improve operational accounting processes to ensure efficient financial operations.
About You:
* Part-qualified candidates and those with QBE will be considered.
* Experience in daily cash flow management and business costs accounts.
* Motivated, accurate, and diligent.
This role is office-based in Liverpool City Centre.
