Salary: Starting at £23,809.50 per annum and raising to £26,481 per annum after completion of probation.
Bonus: Up to £150 per month

Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch break)
Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 (30-minute lunch break)
About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Accounts Department for an Accounts Administrator. This role is perfect for someone looking for a career in finance and administration.
No previous experience is required as full on-the-job training will be provided. However, a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
* This role is part of a small team, so you will also need high levels of personal motivation and resilience partnered with a personable and approachable personality that supports the team.
* Pro-actively collecting and chasing for payments on the Sales Ledger by telephone, letter and email, business to business.
* Ensure customers pay on time and chase for any overdue invoices.
* Sending statements of account and copy invoices.
* Raising credits on customer's accounts.
* Dealing with any invoice queries.
* Ability to adhere to monthly deadlines.
* Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.
* Cancellations of Alarm Systems.
Skills/Attributes/Experience:
* Experience in credit control is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word and Excel).
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills; comfortable speaking to customers.
* High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
* Team player who shows initiative.
