AtANGOKA, our mission is to secure the digital foundations of the modern world - embedding trust, resilience, and safety into the communication and data networks that underpin smart cities, autonomous systems, and future aviation. Airports and airspace are increasingly vulnerable to cyberattacks, as highlighted by recent events in EuropeANGOKA is building the technology platform for a safer, more connected future aviation system. Our aim is to focus and operate first in air, and the resultant product and systems would map rapidly across to other sectors, including directly to land and marine transportation. We invite partners and investors to join us in shaping the digital trust layer for global airspace. What you will do:Business DevelopmentAttend client meetings to understand their requirements, and respond effectively with tailored proposalsTake ownership of our CRM system (Hubspot) by managing existing resources and channelling new data and insightsSupport the sales cycle from qualifying prospects through to closures, whilst ensuring KPIs and targets are metCommunicate new product developments to prospective clientsReview clients' feedback and implement necessary changesMarketingSupport Angokas marketing and social media activitiesPost content and campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channelsMaintain Angokas regular marketing presence, and help tailor content to relevant events, Angoka news and articlesManage and optimise Angokas presence on our website and social media outlets (WordPress, Twitter & LinkedIn)Work with the team to develop articles, posts, applications and other required documents for events and projectsAssist the creation of, and update existing collateral for marketing and eventsAdditional marketing administration duties as necessaryKeep up to date with industry changes and news to support the creation of timely, relevant and topical articles, posts and thought-leadership contentEvent ManagementOrganise and execute the end-to-end process of virtual and in person events and conferences of various sizesEstablish an effective process for events, to help coordinate events within agreed schedules, scopes and budgetsEffectively liaise with key stakeholders, speakers and event organisers, ensuring objectives and requirements are clearly agreed and communicatedSource suitable components that create a successful event, including: materials, suppliers, video platforms, collateral and venuesAttend virtual and in person events (some travel may be involved)Deliver event feedback to key stakeholdersWhat we are looking for:An ambitious self-starter with the desire to grow in an exciting industryDetail oriented, with excellent organisational skills, and can manage conflicting deadlines and changing requirementsAt least 3 years experience inBusiness DevelopmentorSales& Marketing, or a related fieldDegree level education in a relevant subject is preferredExperience in executing events in various formats and managing an events calendarStrong interest in cyber security, IoT, and technologyProven knowledge of social media platforms and internet toolsExcellent communication skills, including written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and conciselyInterpersonal skills and excellent business and commercial acumenAble to work well under pressure when faced with time-sensitive, business-critical issuesExperience with IT tools/systems such as MS Office, Google Workspace, CRMThe ability to grasp a variety of platforms and systems quicklyANGOKA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
