Logistics Administrator
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary: £28,000 per annum DOE
Type: Full-time, on-site
Hours: Mon - Fri / 8-5pm with a company shutdown lunch between 1-2 everyday
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and takes pride in getting things right first time? We're looking for a confident, detail-driven Logistics Administrator to join our client, a specialist laboratory near Leatherhead.
This is a hands-on, high-volume role where accuracy and pace go hand in hand. You'll manage incoming and outgoing jobs, coordinate deliveries and collections, maintain systems and databases, and ensure all documentation is completed to a high standard.
We're seeking someone who stays calm under pressure, takes ownership of their workload, and works to high expectations without constant supervision. You'll be organised, resilient, and comfortable in a structured, quality-driven environment where every detail matters.
You'll thrive if you enjoy responsibility, can juggle priorities, and spot issues before they become problems. Experience in a dental or laboratory setting would be a strong advantage.
