Our client is a B2B specialist communications agency. They help ambitious organisations communicate their story with confidence. They are looking to hire a Growth/Engagement Director.
The Growth/Engagement Director will sit with a Consultants team and report to the CEO. The role is responsible for driving and overseeing new business generation across the group, with specific responsibility for Capital Markets Days and Investor Days, which are key, integrated parts of the agency's business.
Requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience within a creative agency or consultancy environment.
* Significant experience liaising with corporate affairs directors, IR directors, board members, or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generating new business across Europe, North America, and the Gulf.
* Managing Capital Markets Days and Investor Days.
* Client liaison and internal management.
Key Skills:
* Ability to engender confidence internally and externally, including at Board level.
* Understanding of what makes clients buy agency services.
* Broad understanding of investor relations practices from listed entities and private equity groups; familiarity with IR processes and what drives IR teams.
* Ability to stay updated with sector trends and help drive new business and IR strategies.
* Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders, advising, cajoling, nudging, and encouraging as appropriate.
* Financial and commercial acumen, understanding the buying process and how to improve it.
