Role Introduction
The role will be to take the strategic product roadmap for these products, groom the Product Backlog, develop User Stories, and collaborate with the Development teams to deliver innovative solutions. This role acts as the authority on product design decisions, ensuring the quality and applicability of business solutions to the targeted user community. Additionally, it is responsible for timely software development and release to market.
This position works closely with Product Management and an Agile Scrum Engineering Team.
What You Will Do
1. Respond to emerging roadmap and market requirements, identifying logical solutions to meet those needs.
2. Ensure the quality of solutions and successful market release.
3. Serve as the product expert internally and externally.
4. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create and maintain a Backlog in JIRA, including User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
5. Work with Agile development teams to define priorities and manage issues to successful completion.
6. Manage the release of new product features, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
7. Produce product specifications, release notes, and related collateral.
8. Engage with stakeholders to create, review, and challenge requirements, including visiting customers and market events.
9. Conduct fit and gap analysis to assess product alignment with user needs and identify improvement opportunities.
10. Define and communicate logical solutions to meet market and customer requirements.
11. Develop Proof of Concept solutions as needed.
12. Review customer requests for bespoke solutions for broader applicability.
13. Resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.
14. Attend customer briefings and presentations.

1. Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.

3. Relevant degree and/or Scrum certifications.
