Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to lead the Housing Team. Your key purpose will be to provide day to day management, supervision and co-ordination of a team responsible for the provision of a range of high quality services to our residents, working in partnership with other agencies. It is essential that you have an in depth knowledge of current Housing Legislation including homelessness, allocations and estate management.
Responsibilities
* Provide day to day management, supervision and co-ordination of the Housing Team.
* Lead delivery of high quality housing services to residents and work in partnership with other agencies.
* Manage and motivate team members to achieve results and work to targets and timescales.
Qualifications and Skills
* In depth knowledge of current Housing Legislation including homelessness, allocations and estate management.
* Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work to targets and deadlines and to motivate others to achieve results.
Job Details
* Hours: 35 hours per week
* Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
* Salary: £40,804 - £41,698 per year
* Vacancy: Permanent
