* An up-to-date understanding of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements

Some of your responsibilities as a Kitchen Team Leader include:
* Assisting in food preparation and collaborating with the Kitchen Manager
* Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests
* Supervising the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
* Managing stock, ordering supplies, and overseeing inventory
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
* Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
* Leading the team to achieve company targets
